FAQ
That's a good question!
We’ve gathered the most common questions young adults ask when signing up – scroll through to find your answer. And if you’re still wondering about something, shoot us a message!
What does the price include?
The conference price covers accommodation, food, workshops, activities, and everything else during the event. The only thing not included is your travel to and from the location.
Do I have to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ to attend?
Nope! Everyone is welcome. That said, we do ask that all participants respect and follow the standards found in the For the Strength of Youth guide—so no alcohol, drugs, smoking, or sexual activity during the event.
What language are the conferences in?
Most content is in Dutch, but we always provide translation—so whether you’re fluent or just visiting, you won’t miss a thing.
Is travel arranged?
Travel is not officially organized by us, but you can indicate in your sign-up if you need help or have space in your car. We’ll do our best to connect people who can ride together!
Is there a sign-up deadline?
Yes, but it depends on the specific conference. Always check the event page for the deadline.
Do I have to be there for the full conference?
We strongly encourage full participation—it’s where the real connection and momentum happens. But if you can only attend part of it, that’s okay too! Just let us know when you sign up.
Is there a schedule I have to follow?
Yes, but it’s not rigid. We create a full program to help you get the most out of the experience—spiritually, socially, and practically. We invite everyone to actively participate.
What kind of behavior is expected?
We follow the values in the For the Strength of Youth booklet. In short: respect for others, no drugs/alcohol/smoking, no sexual activity, and a Christ-centered attitude. We keep it safe, uplifting, and fun.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes, your payment is refundable if you can’t make it.
What if I can’t afford it?
We never want money to be the reason someone can’t come. If you’re a young single adult and the cost is an issue, you can reach out to your bishop for financial support.
